Coaching

 

What is coaching?

  • Coaching is a conversation that supports another person’s learning, development and performance

  • The process involves questioning and listening to help the individual reflect and discover their own solutions to achieve goals or outcomes.

  • It helps individuals overcome any barriers that may be preventing them from maximising performance.

 

Who is coaching for?

 Staff who want to improve their skills and maximise their potential.  Situations are varied and can include:
   

  • If you are new to role

  • If you are managing a new team

  • To help improve your performance in the workplace

  • Preparing for career changes

  • Managing or dealing with change

  • Focus on a specific project

  • Manage a new way of working
