Social care workers


Qualifications help to ensure that the people delivering services have the competency required for their role. It also recognises the knowledge and skills they have gained.

Blaenau Gwent Caerphilly Workforce Development Team is an accredited City and Guilds assessment centre and we also work in partnership with local training providers to deliver the following qualifications:
 
  • QCF Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care (Adults)
  • QCF Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (Adults)
  • QCF Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (Children and Young People)
  • QCF Level 3 Certificate in Dementia Care
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care
