What if I don’t have a work email address?
You can access classroom training by contacting us

How long does it take to complete the on-line training?
The on-line training will take a maximum of 3 hours to complete but you can stop and restart this as many times as you like i.e. 10 minutes per day/week
Is there a time limit to complete the training?
Yes. We will buy a licence for each learner that will expire after 12 months
How do I receive my certificate?
You must print off your own certificate that will be ready for you after you finish and pass the accredited course.
What if I don’t have access to a digital device?
If you don’t have access to a digital device, we can try and find a solution for you through alternative classroom training
